SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT COLLABORATIONS
School Development Collaborations (SDC) is a programme of the School Leaders Association to exemplify unified and internationally acclaimed standards across institutions of learning.
The SDC Train the Ambassadors, is a program designed to equip young professionals with the requisite business development skills and knowledge to support the growth and sustainability of school collaborations for unified education standards in Nigeria in the 2018 intervention.
If you already provide Business Development support to schools or you are a young graduate seeking innovation in the education sector, this is an ideal opportunity for you.
SDC invites graduates and young professionals with outstanding academic or professional record in leadership, people skills and innovation, who want to use their talents to make positive changes in their lives and in the world of education.
SDC offers you the opportunity to get trained in project management skills and employ the skills in carrying out a real life project. You would get to network and brainstorm with other bright minds and attend workshops with our consultants.

Applicants must:
- Be graduates
- Have less than 5 years work experience.
- Be passionate about innovation in education.
- Commit to attend the 2 days orientation training and subsequently meet once a week for strategy meetings.
- Speak and write English excellently.

- Uphold the mission and goals of the association in high esteem.
- Adhere to the SDC program shared principles.
- Elevate the importance of the program to stakeholders.
- Work as a team with SDC on project deliverables.
